About me
Background
From a young age, I have always strived to be the best version of myself, and fitness has been a key aspect of that. During my journey, I gained vast knowledge and experience, with many important lessons.
From the age of 15, I started playing football with little understanding of the game but was hungry to make it. I realized that to get ahead of other players, I had to work on my physical side because they started football younger, so I would sign up for a gym and start working out. This helped me get into men’s football, playing semi-professional before many of my friends.
This also led to people wanting to train with me, so I qualified as a personal trainer, started moving away from football after a few injuries in my mid-20s, and began to train more like a bodybuilder, which helped me advance physically and mentally.
My mission
Now armed with YEARS OF experience, I can help people from all walks of life be the best version of themselves. Not only physically but mentally and spiritually.
by pushing them to their limits and potential, saving time by training smarter, and preventing them from making silly mistakes.
The aim is to reduce the risk of getting injuries that can easily be prevented and get to their goals in the fastest and most realistic way IN LINE WITH their lifestyle.
